Fiji Archipelago offers visitors the possibility to meet over 1200 fish species, 12 whales and dolphins’ species as well as several beautiful coral formations. This way, one of the main attractions of this diving destination is the variety and beauty of the sea life and underwater sceneries it offers to visitors.

Among the different diving spots divers would find in Fiji Archipelago there are drop offs, walls, shallow lagoons and many others. The area is surrounded by a reef which offers plenty of different diving and snorkeling areas to visit, each one containing its own and special characteristics which differentiates it from the others.

This diving destination's water temperatures are very nice year around, ranging between 25º C and 30º C. Besides this great temperatures, Fiji Archipelago's waters also offer divers such a great visibility that can reach as much as 40 meters in the best weather conditions.

One of the most interesting areas for divers to visit in Fiji Archipelago is Mamanuca. This area is about 40 minutes by boat from Viti Levu, the archipelago's main island and is characterized by having several different lagoons full of a wide variety of marine life and caves for divers to explore while enjoying the colorful underwater environment.

Another very interesting Archipelago Fiji's diving area is in the Southern Islands. The Southern Islands offer divers the possibility to observe not only a wide variety of fish but also several different beautiful hard and soft corals. Besides this, this area also contains several caves, tunnels and drop offs for experienced divers who might wish to explore them.

Fiji Archipelago’s Northern Islands, at about an hour and a half flight from the area known as Taveuni, is another one of the diving spots which divers who are in this region should not miss. The Northern Islands contain many different diving spots full of channels, tunnels, caves, and reefs in which divers would be able to enjoy of amazing underwater environments, full of colors provided by the wide variety of sea life and beautiful corals it contains.
