Komodo National Park is the name given to the group of three islands which is usually known as Komodo. The three islands of Komodo are Padar, Rinca and Grand Komodo and they all have in common a similar appearance based on a surface covered of grass and vegetation as well as they are home of several species of animals.

Due to the wildlife these islands contain it has been named National Park and since then they have become a reserve highly protected. One of the most famous creatures which live in these islands is the one known as the Komodo Dragon. The Komodo Dragon is a giant lizard which can only be found at this area and therefore it has become one of the most cared animals of the area.
