Bali is the Indonesian area most known among divers from all places and one of the best ones of the world. Bali has many different diving sites and spots which offer visitors to dive in a wide variety of sites and meet many different underwater environments.

One of the most visited Bali dive areas is Tulamben. Tulamben is a little village which has exotic beaches at its coastline and unusual underwater environments. Divers who dive into Tulamben waters are usually amazed by the sea creatures they find. This area is also famous among divers by the wreck of the Liberty, which is very interesting to visit and every diver who goes to Bali should have it among its dive destinations.

Pemuteran is another famous Bali dive area which most divers who go to the region visit. Pemuteran has some main diving spots which take divers more than one dive to fully explore them. Another Bali area which divers often visit is Sanur or Nusa Dua. Nusa Dua is mainly known for the variety of colorful fish its waters have as well as it has some interesting reefs to explore.

Those who enjoy current diving and are looking for exciting activities should visit the Bali area of Candi Dasa. Candi Dasa is not one of the most visited Bali dive sites due to the fact that its waters are rather cold and its underwater world is not as colorful as the underwater environments which can be observed at other local diving sites, but this area is one of the best ones for current diving and those who like this activity should not miss it.

Menjangan Island is towards the northwestern area of Bali which is the less populated area and less visited as well due to its distance from resort areas. Divers who visit Menjangan Island would discover a great place for practicing their sport in which waters are most of the times quiet and clear, allowing divers to have a visibility of about 25 meters averagely. This area is part of the Bali National Park and is a protected reserve.
